Before you email
The fastest fix for most issues is one of these:
App crashing on launch? Force-quit and reopen. If the crash persists, delete and reinstall the app — your iCloud-synced data will be preserved if iCloud Drive backup was enabled.
Pro purchase not unlocking? Open the app, go to Settings, tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
Notifications not arriving? Check iOS Settings → Notifications → JobFollow (or app name) → ensure notifications are enabled and that Focus modes aren't filtering them.
iCloud backup not working? Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive. Check that you have storage available.
Camera or microphone not working? Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera (or Microphone) → ensure the app has permission.
Reporting a bug
When you email, please include:
The app name and version (find it in Settings → About → Version)
Your iPhone/iPad model and iOS version
What you were doing when the issue happened
A screenshot if possible
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. We don't have access to your payment info and can't issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase.
